Project description: The 2.5-acres outparcel near near the SE corner of Lee Vista Blvd and Narcoosee Road consisted of two buildings with a combined 19,000 square feet. The buildings had unique uses and different civil engineering needs with one being a bank with drive thru tellers and the other a traditional retail center.

Service provided: Site design; water and sewer connections; and permitting with multiple agencies.

Interesting fact: MEI Civil was able to assist the developer in designing & p...? a one-way driveway from Lee Vista Blvd., which was not part of the original planned redevelopment.
