Project description: The 13-acre site was vacant land purchased by AHG Development Lamm & Company Partners for a new mixed-use development. The project includes a medical office building, a synagogue, four small office buildings, retention ponds, parking access roads, water and sewer services.
Service provided: Stormwater planning; concept planning; planned development amendments; retention design; site design; water and sewer connections; and permitting with multiple agencies.Interesting fact: The site plan was designed to have flexible building lots with the City of Maitland depending on market conditions and was passed to eliminate future land use changes with the City of Maitland. For instance, the medial office building was originally designed as four separate smaller offices.
