Project description: The 20-acre site is a new warehouse subdivision within the City of Orlando. The project included designing a site with up to 10 lots, each with buildings between 15,000 to 30,000 square feet.

Service provided: Stormwater planning; phasing and concept planning; Site design; water and sewer services and mains; and permitting with multiple agencies.

Interesting fact: The project was an industrial infill development within the City of Orlando. The project was also located in a drainage basin designated by the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) as "impaired waters." MEI Civil worked closely with the SJRWMD to design a stormwater management system that would meet the more stringent permitting criteria and maximize the development potential of the site.
